Paid Media Director

My client is searching for a Director of Paid Search for their Digital Marketing Agency. Do you have experience managing accounts that spend $200-400k/month? Responsibilities:

  • Manage high dollar client relationships
  • Develop and inspire staff and external resources
  • Crush KPIs and deadlines
  • Serve as thought leader for the agency, clients, and marketing community
  • Budgeting and profitability
  • Participate in the client acquisition process
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of paid search, CSE’s, PLAs, display, paid social, affiliate and others)

Qualifications:

Overview - Strong understanding across all digital media disciplines (SEM, Feed Marketing, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, etc.) with larger media budget experience for search and display.

 

  • Develop, manage and grow relationships with clients by engaging on a regular basis with client senior executives, developing client growth strategies, and delivering great business outcomes.
  • Experience managing across verticals
  • Ability to nurture and retain client and employee relationships
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with financial data and budgets
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challenges
  • TradeDesk experience, and DoubleClick Campaign Manager experience
